What you'll do

• Define and document reference architectures for AI/ML systems in government, setting standards for how Digital India programs adopt machine learning safely and at scale.
• Lead large-scale data engineering and distributed training pipelines to handle citizen data responsibly and securely.
• Review and approve AI vendor proposals, ensuring architectural alignment, security compliance, and privacy-first design for sensitive government data.
• Design cloud-native, production-grade architectures that integrate ML systems with existing e-governance infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide architects across line departments, building institutional AI architecture capability across government.
• Apply security and privacy-by-design principles to all AI systems handling citizen information.

Who should apply
