What you'll do

• Build and deploy time-series machine learning models to predict battery degradation, failure modes, and maintenance windows from real-time sensor data.
• Process and engineer IoT sensor streams (voltage, temperature, current, cycles) into features that feed predictive models.
• Develop and validate regression and anomaly-detection algorithms to catch battery issues before they reach customers.
• Collaborate with firmware and hardware teams to integrate your models into Ola's vehicle diagnostics pipeline.
• Monitor model performance in production, retrain on new fleet data, and iterate based on field feedback.
