What you'll do

• Collaborate with your team to define feature specs, then use AI coding tools to deliver working solutions 3–5× faster than conventional development.
• Debug and refine AI-generated code, apply domain expertise and security best practices, and maintain code quality standards in an AI-augmented environment.
• Mentor junior engineers transitioning to AI-pair-programming practices and help shape the team's approach to AI-assisted development.
